    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. This is an amendment Bill and maybe the definition that Hon. Shamalla is asking for is in the parent Act. So, perhaps, if there is a technical person from the respective ministry could indicate whether there is such a definition in the Act. But if there is no definition in the Act, it will be a glaring omission that the Chair could propose an amendment on his feet because he has the authority by our Standing Orders. I am sure you have a technical person who is supporting you, who can give us information as to whether this is there. Alternatively, we are online, as Parliament. So, why can we not confirm whether that is there or not?"
