    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, first of all, I apologize for coming late. I had estimated that the Question would be listed far down the line. One of the reasons why I came late is because when I looked at this Question, I found out that the senior officer who had been detailed to handle this Question had unfortunately lost her daughter and gone for the burial ceremony. We realized this morning that she was the one supposed to have that Question answered. I have already explained this to the hon. Member and if this is with the concurrence of the House, I can answer this Question next week on Wednesday."
