    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I take this opportunity to welcome our good pupils from Muruto Primary School in Kabiyet, Mosop sub-county, Nandi County led by Mr. Rotich. I welcome them to the National Assembly and the Senate and wish them a fruitful engagement, so that they may learn. We are proud of them. I challenge them that courtesy of being here, they should be inspired to perform to their best in the coming national examinations for this season. We wish you well and pray for you. We are proud of you and hope that when you go back, you will perform to your best especially after this visit to the Senate; knowing that the Senate is the great custodian of devolution in this country.
