    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I support that this Bill be read a Third Time. This is an extremely important Bill and it should be an Act of Parliament. Many of our artists and musicians do a lot of work, but they never see the benefits. If this Bill becomes an Act, it will help them. We went through it and we noted that it may still need some work. Like we said yesterday, the definition of “dramatic works” needs to be put in place and some of the structures like the CEO of the small organisations also need to be looked at. With that, I support the Bill."
