    "content": "His name is almost similar to mine even in terms of the number of letters. Therefore, Members feel as if I am talking about Hon. Limo and not Dr. Chumo. This is Dr. Chumo. I am not a doctor. Therefore, I am very different from Dr. Chumo. His nomination was presented to this House by His Excellency the President. This name was subsequently forwarded to the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. He appeared before our Committee on Monday, 23rd July 2018. We interviewed him. This nominee is a Kenyan citizen."
