    "content": "Hon. Speaker, the other issue that has been raised here is regarding another position that he is holding. As far as I am concerned, and I think this is the law, the person stands suspended. Once you have been presented to court with a case on economic crime, you stand suspended from any public appointment. If, in any case, the management of Egerton still purports to have him in their Board, to me, they will be surcharged because their time will come. I hope they are watching and will hear this very clearly; that the Auditor-General will take action on them and the Public Accounts Committee of this Parliament will surcharge them. So, that is very clear."
