    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise on a point of order. This House is creating a very bad precedence because it is going against Section 62 of the Anti-Corruption and Economic Crimes Act. I am will cite Article 50(2)(a) of the Constitution which says that the accused or arrested is assumed innocent until proven guilty. If this House today cites Section 62, even we Members of Parliament will be targeted. We will be targeted in the sense that if somebody knows that you are seeking a job, you will get arrested and then we will be using this precedence which we are using against Ben Chumo. I want the Chair to be more factual and bring more facts to reject the nominee rather than use Section 62."
