    "content": "All in all, the three nominees are qualified to sit in the Commission. It is a Commission that has been formed together with the Kenya Human Rights Commission and the Commission on Gender Equality, but it has a peculiar niche in the administration of justice, in that it is the Commission where the simple Kenyan, the down trodden, the person who is likely to be offended by maladministration right from the village level right to the national level would go and complain. These are the people we want to charge with that responsibility of protecting ordinary Kenyans and of watching ordinary Kenyans’ rights so that we are protected against a Government that sometimes can go rogue and trod on the rights of Kenyans."
