    "content": "Looking at the individuals, I do not know much about the second officer, but I appreciate that he is deaf and he is representing the disabled fraternity. I believe he will add value to this Commission. Hon. Florence Kajuju is a former Member of this Parliament. She was the Woman Representative for Meru County. When she was in this Parliament, she did an exemplary job. She was the Chair of the Regional Integration Committee, which I was a Member.
