    "content": "I join the other Members in supporting the Motion. This is a free service that the Commission will render to our people. We need to educate the public about the importance of this Commission. We need to move further and ensure that we have funded them properly. They need to be devolved to the grassroots. They need to move their offices to the local level and deal with issues at that level. This is the best team to me. I thank the President for considering Hon. Florence to be the chairperson of this Commission. It is not the political affiliation, but the competence of Hon. Florence Kajuju. We know her at the local and national level. Therefore, I support."
