    "content": "County governments are messing up. We have given them money and when you go to look at the jobs they have done in some places, they are not completed. All I see are National Government- Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF) projects. I do not even see projects that have been done by my county government. This Commission should go around the country so that it can fix some of these things. I want to give this chance to my colleagues so that they can contribute. I support the Motion."
