Deputy Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, taking into consideration the findings of the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs in their Report on the Vetting of the Nominees for approval as Chairperson and members of the Commission on Administrative Justice, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 25th July 2018, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 250(2)(b) of the Constitution and Section 11(7) of the Commission on Administrative Justice Act, this House approves the appointment of the following persons to the Commission on Administrative Justice: The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposes only.
