    "content": " Hon. Deputy Speaker, you know one is natural and the other one is an accident. We hope the Member gets a quick recovery. While supporting this, in our schools, we normally have one or two watchmen who look after the school security. That is not good enough because most of the schools, with the current numbers of enrolment, some with up to 1,200 youngsters, the idea of watchmen looking after the security of a school is a thing of the past. Although they are a hindrance when somebody wants to get into the school and they are able to sight them, I think the CCTV cameras will be a saving grace for us. With those remarks, and with a lot of interruption, I beg to support this Motion. Thank you."
