    "content": "So, we need to install CCTVs in our schools. It is not a matter of just installing CCTVs. We are to engage psychologists in all our schools. I am a social worker by profession and if we cannot deal with the root cause of the problems facing our children, we will have them installed but that would not really solve the problem. We are talking about equipment that can be switched off any time if they know where it is located. So, we must engage psychologists in all the public schools so that they can address this issue."
