    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Hon. Milemba is a trade unionist. He is a teacher by profession. The reality is that we have to find solutions to the problems bedeviling our institutions of learning. Teachers are supposed to be good role models for our students. When they engage in strikes, what is the difference between blocking roads, carrying sufurias on the roads and burning of schools? Some of those behaviours are instilled in our students by those to whom we give custody of our students. Our students are with us for only three months in a year. They are with the teachers for nine months in a year. We need them to be good role models for our students. Parents must take care of their children. They must be role models for their own kids. Otherwise, we will not solve all those issues with CCTV."
