If CCTV cameras are on continuous monitoring basis, we will notice when these things are likely to happen and prevent them. However, the major issue is the whole education system. There must be something wrong that we need to look at. For example, discipline in schools. There are very few provisions for discipline by the school heads and boards. You can no longer give corporal punishment because it is not allowed. Expulsion which is now called exclusion is a long process that many schools actually get tired of before they can do it. We provide counselling in schools. We talk about it and yet it is impossible to get counsellors in all the schools. We need to look at the area of discipline in schools."
