I do not have a lot of time, but let me say that there is no doubt that this complimentary system to security will supplement what our security guards have been doing in schools. The most important thing is that it is will keep track of all activities in our schools. That is why I am really supporting it. Members will recall what happened in Garissa University. If we had a CCTV system in place, I am sure we could have traced the elements that terrorised students in that university. This system is very important and I support it.
