    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. The Communication you have given is very critical. It will be nice if we can extend some of the issues you have said to the Committee that is in charge of the Standing Orders so that they can be incorporated, particularly when it comes to Members’ attendance of Committees. You find some Members never attend committee proceedings. We lack quorum. So, there should be a framework where those people can be discharged from that committee instead of increasing numbers and they are nowhere. This must find itself in the Standing Orders and with the chairs who are the representatives of committees. They should know they have powers to send someone out in case of misbehavior. We have seen some committees whose chairs are so lenient that they cannot control members. Maybe, some of them did not know that they have powers.
