    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I wish to, very sincerely, thank the Members of this House for their contributions in support of this Motion. Yesterday, all Members who contributed supported this Motion and supported the Committee’s recommendation for the approval of the three nominees for appointment. One issue which I noted during the debate was that there is need to establish offices of this Commission in all the 47 counties. As it is now, there are about five counties where this Commission is present.
