    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, the initial Bill was amended again. That is why it is sending some wrong signals that we intend to withdraw the amendment. Initially in the Report, we had proposed to carry it the way we have proposed it but, after further consultations with the National Treasury, the original intention to amend it was dropped. Therefore, section 3(A) shall read as follows: “The Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act, 2015 shall not apply to the contracts under this Act.”"
