    "content": " Yes, I am dropping amendment on Clause 12. The import of this is that we are returning the role of the PPP Committee. We are actually reinstating it. In the proposed amendments, we were removing the PPP Committee from operation and giving the functions of that committee to the Cabinet Secretary. The National Treasury came back and convinced us to retain the PPP Committee. Therefore, we are dropping the proposed amendments to Clause 12, so that we can reinstate the initial operation of PPP Committee. So, I propose to drop the amendment to Clause 12."
