If you look at the amendment we are raising in Clause 15, it says the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 15 and substituting therefor the following New Clause: “Section 57 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word “Cabinet” and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”. Am I at the right place?"
