    "content": "This amendment makes the Bill tidy. It says that the execution after the approval of the project and the financial risk assessment report under Section 56, which we are talking about, the contracting authority shall execute the contract awarded to that bidder. If you relate that to what is in the Bill, it makes it strong and powerful in terms of what stage a contract will be executed and awarded. This will be done after a proper financial risk assessment report which is provided under Section 56. It is a bit clear."
