I gave direction that we shall start with that of the Leader of the Majority Party and then go to that of the Chair. When the Leader of the Majority Party’s amendment passed, by implication, the one of the Chair became nugatory. What we are discussing is the implication of passing the amendment by the Leader of the Majority Party, which should not be because we have moved on. Hon. Nyikal, why must you insist?
