It is not just because I have just walked in, but because I am a ranking Member of the House. During the Committee of the whole House in the last Parliament we used to give the committee, and this was a ruling by the Speaker, the first opportunity to move amendments because they have an opportunity of meeting so many stakeholders and coming up with amendments. But now what you have done, it will be very difficult for us to annul what we have already passed yet the Committee has not been given an opportunity to be heard.
