    "content": " These are really far reaching amendments that we are doing. We are deleting whole sections. I must confess that I have not read everything, but at least, we ought to know that the sections we are deleting are dealing with this or that. All these Members that have taken their time to stay here, the hurry to pass this Act in one day cannot be more important than their understanding on behalf of Kenyans. So, in my mind, even if we were to take another day to do this, but the Members understand and follow, it would be a better service for this country. I have just looked at it quickly. I managed to get someone to get me the Act… The main sections, some are dealing with the powers of the committee. As I leave here, let me put it on record that many of us here may not have understood exactly what is being amended. I want it on record and there is a reason why."
