Minister confirm to this House that the Minister in charge of Planning and National Development and Vision 2030 had, given higher data for the constituencies or districts around Lake Victoria? This is because all of a sudden, the global warming indicates that things are getting worse than they were before and that Lake Victoria is getting worse. Could he confirm that Nyanza or in the areas around Lake Victoria, lives have gotten better?"
