    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, when we were talking about the committee, there was a very broad argument that in some places, we are removing powers particularly with the counties. We had earlier removed the committee. We brought the committee back and I asked: “Are the counties now represented in that new committee?” I am asking a very simple question. If you answer me, I will sit down. As we were going through these amendments, maybe you were too fast for me. I did not see where we got representation of the counties in the committee. Once that is done, Hon. Angwenyi, I will be happy."
