    "content": "(Prof.) Kindiki): Hon. Senator, that is not provided for in the Standing Orders. However, I can allow the Chairperson, for the sake of Sen. Ongeri of Kisii County and other Senators to say, in less than three minutes, what the petition was about and what the findings are. Ordinarily, the Report by the Committee is supposed to be addressed to the petitioner and only laid in the House but I will allow Sen. Mwangi just three minutes and another two minutes for Prof. Ongeri. We should not spend a lot of time on it. We are going out of our way to accommodate the request by Sen. Ongeri."
