    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to support, and hope next time, the President will give medals to people who have reduced poverty. My final point is this: If today we are challenging on the Floor of the House the poverty index done by the Ministry of Planning, National Development and Vision 2030, tomorrow the same hon. Members will come here and challenge the literacy level and the infant mortality level of this country; it is very sad. That is why the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation, under the able Minister, Mrs. Beth Mugo, will give us the figures on the mortality levels. The Minister for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 will gives us the figures on poverty index. With those few remarks, I oppose this Motion."
