    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, it is important for our children to believe that they can perform anywhere in this country and in any situation if they have the will to do so. As we debate this Motion, I encourage parents in all schools, including Nairobi County, to talk to their children so that we change their mind. With regard to the issue of teachers’ harassment in one of the schools in North Eastern, I would urge our children to respect all teachers irrespective of where they come from. We should not encourage teachers to continue teaching in areas where their lives are under threat. Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker."
