"content": "Research has shown that rugby develops team work, better concentration, discipline, tolerance and determination. It helps to build a healthy body, instil creativity and promote a healthy mind for the youth. Despite this, rugby is only played professionally in some clubs in Kenya. To promote the quality of the sport, support must be given to ensure that as many clubs as possible are run professionally and the players are engaged as professionals. Currently, there are several rugby activities that take place almost across the country like leagues, competitions, International Safari Sevens, schools national and regional rugby competitions, East Africa games, the Kenya Universities Sports Association (KUSA) games and under seven, under 13, under 17 and under 20s competitions."
