    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I support this Motion with a slight rider. Unlike the Motion before it, it identifies the Government in issue. It urges the national Government and that is encouraging. I think it is a lesson for the drafters of this Motion. Secondly, the establishment of a National Rugby Union Stadium is a good thing but I will urge the Mover to drop the word ‘union’.
