    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I would like to contribute to the amended form of the Motion. Sports are very important activities for the youths in Kenya. The youths are always crying for stadia in our constituencies. They want to be supported to have these facilities. We know that it is not possible to have them in every region. As the Member proposed in the amendment, it is important and necessary to have at least one national rugby stadium for the teams in the country, so that we develop the sport. It will help us."
