    "content": "Rugby is a very important sport. We need to establish stadiums so that our young people can carry out sporting activities in. Sports are vital as they bring people together from different regions and categories. They support growth of our economy, improve the health of the participants and have social cultural benefits. Rugby has grown over the years. It has put Kenya in a position of producing players who are recognised worldwide. We need to facilitate the growth of our youth and empower them so that they do not engage in activities that do not support their health and engage in sporting activities that support the economy of the country."
