    "content": "We have many stadiums under construction. Some are new and some are being renovated, but they are taking a long time. They are not completed on time. We urge the Government to do something so that they are completed in time so that we can use them for sporting activities in time. So, it is very important. In some schools in the rural areas, most of your young people do not know what rugby is. Some have never seen the balls. With these kinds of facilities, we can train the youth in our rural areas so that they are able to participate. Thank you."
