"content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also rise to support the Motion that has been proposed by Hon. Gideon and amended by Hon. Ng’eno. As I do so, I would like to correct my colleague, the Member for Nyando. The Jubilee Government did not just talk about stadia in each of the counties, they are doing it. I am sure he is aware that the Jubilee Government is already doing that. In supporting this Motion, I also take note that we have passed so many other Motions in the past relating to sports. I hope the Committee on Implementation will take some of these Motions seriously and ensure that they are implemented.
