I, therefore, direct that the putting of the Question be deferred. After that, the reply by the Mover is also deferred to that time when the matter will again come up for deliberation. It is to be noted that the balance of time for this Motion is 12 minutes. When it is listed down again, it will be available to Members for 12 minutes."
