    "content": "Some of the resolutions were to reaffirm the important role of women in the prevention and resolution of conflicts. It also calls on all the parties in conflict to take special measures to protect women and girls form gender based violence particularly rape and other forms of abuse in conflict situations. Also referring to the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1820 which was unanimously adopted on 19th June 2008, it condemns the use of sexual violence as a tool of war. It declares that rape and other forms of sexual violence can constitute war crimes and crimes against humanity, especially with respect to genocide. We have as a country some of the statutes that take care of this gender based violence."
