    "content": "years. It is high time we brought them back to our borders so that they can defend and protect us from inside the country. I know some of our people might not accept that. But, that business is now enough. Enough of it has been done. It is high time the soldiers came back to Kenya. They have done their work. Somalia is almost stable. Somalia is almost functioning as a country. They have a president and everything; they have their own soldiers now, soldiers who have been trained in our country and sent there to do their work. So, this business of sugar and charcoal must now stop and the soldiers come back to our borders."
