Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, taking into consideration the recommendations of the Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC) in their Report on the Appointment of the Parliamentary Service Commissioner who is not a Member of Parliament, laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, 31st July 2018, and pursuant to the provisions of Article 127(2)(d) of the Constitution, this House appoints Hon. Samuel Kiprono Chepkong’a as a Member of PSC."
