    "content": "asked the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance:- (a) whether the Minister is aware that on 31st July, 2000 and 18th August, 2004 in Kisumu High Court Suit Nos. 127 of 2000 and 235 of 2001, the judge ordered the Attorney-General and the Director of Pensions to pay the Plaintiffs, Erned Onduso Obwocha and Harrison Buyuka Ateyi, Kshs.845,335/- and Kshs.639,882/- respectively, being accrued pensions not paid to them on their respective retirement dates; b) to explain the justification for delayed payment of pensions to the successful plaintiffs; and, (c) what urgent steps he is taking to comply with the rule of law and discharge these judgments."
