    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. With tremendous respect to the Minister, this is a matter of principle. We cannot accept the position that we give them more time in order to decide whether or not to comply with a court order. Each one of those sitting on the Front Bench was required, under the new Constitution, to take an oath, which required each of them to commit themselves to observance of the rule of law. It is not right that he should be seeking time rather than acknowledging that what the Cabinet did was wrong. It is unconstitutional. In fact, he ought not to even be allowed to address this House, unless he purges that extreme contempt and disregard of the Constitution."
