    "content": "Thirdly, the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), together with the Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI), should investigate the current KFS chairman for possible conflict of interest and abuse of office, contrary to Section 101 of the Penal Code and the Public Officer Ethics Act, 2003.
