On the same issue, and without challenging your ruling, I want to request the Assistant Minister to note that under the new Constitution, Chapter 15 on Commissions and Independent Office Holders, particularly Section 254, you do not need to beg the appointing authority to release the reports. The reports must be released to either the President or Parliament and that must be complied with. This is a new Kenya!"
