    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first and foremost, I want to inform this House that the military personnel who go to recruit only use ID cards as a means of identifying the candidates and knowing where they come from. The House will appreciate that, recently, there has been reorganization of administrative areas and, therefore, what we did was to recruit people based on their ID cards. I want to confirm to the House that the eight people recruited had their ID cards showing clearly that they came from the area. As the hon. Member has requested, I have the pleasure to lay on the table of this House the number, names and ID numbers of the people recruited. We stand by that position that the eight people we recruited are from Igembe North District."
