Speaker, I beg to give notice of the following Motion: THAT, taking into consideration the recommendations of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security in their Report on the vetting of the nominee for the approval as Chairperson of the Public Service Commission, laid on the Table of the House on Wednesday, 1st August 2018 and pursuant to the provisions of Article 233(2) of the Constitution and Section 3 and 5 of Public Appointments (Parliamentary Approval) Act 2011, this House approves, the appointment of Mr. Stephen K. Kirogo, as the Chairperson of the Public Service Commission. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
