    "content": "I know the numbers may be too much, but even former councillors look very miserable. Some of them look unhealthy. Many of them lose their lives because they cannot afford simple medication. As a House, that is a matter we need to take into account. Some of us will be proposing some legislation to help these former leaders to live a decent and reasonable life that befits their former status."
