    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to oppose the amendments that have been proposed by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission. Recommendation number two should be deleted. What the committee has recommended is investigation by the EACC of possible conflict of interest and abuse of office contrary to Section 1(1) of the Penal Code. If found culpable by the various investigative authorities; the culprit can be barred from holding public office. We are not at all condemning the Chairman of KFS Board."
