Speaker, allow me also to inform the House that following the tabling of the Report of the Procedure and House Rules Committee on amendments to the Standing Order relating to Questions which were tabled just before the short recess, the chairpersons of all committees and the Procedure and House Rules Committee and, indeed, the HBC members will retreat for two days at the end of next week, that is, Friday and Saturday to consider modalities for actualising those proposed amendments. This new procedure, if adopted by the House, will change the architecture of how Questions before committees are answered by giving Members the opportunity to ask Questions on the Floor of the House."
